point your ovulation day first. the kit is more advanced and more accurate
than temperature measurement. if the test shows positive for a few
connective days, the first day is the actual ovulation day.
meantime, I suggest you to see an infertility OB - she/he can do all tests
for you. I don't trust zhongyi - don't waste your time. |

像是举重这种，可能导致骨骺板提早骨化，也就长不高了。看上去也很有道理。

做什么运动可以长高？适宜的体育锻炼可以提高人体的物质代谢和血液循环，
使骨的代谢和营养供应大为增强，自然促进了骨的生长发育。另外，体育运
动经常会给骺板以间断的压力，能够刺激软骨细胞的增生，有利于骨骺生长。
如果这种刺激过度，尤其施加的是恒久的压力，反而使骺板提早骨化，身高
就不再增长了。有人曾经对10～14岁常参加运动和不常参加运动的少女的身
高做过调查，发现经常运动的要比不常运动的平均高4～8厘米。
做什么运动可以长高？从运动生理学角度看，对骨骺生长发育有利的运动应该
为下面几种：
1.舒展性运动 从四肢和躯干骨在运动时承受的压力看，可以把运动项目分为
两大类：一类是轻松舒展的项目，如游泳、篮球、排球、艺术体操、跳绳等；
另一类是带有负重和压迫性动作的运动，如举重、摔跤、力量型练习等。要

Dont get to excited about that news. What we are going to see is a new
manual and cheap quality lens from China. Zhongyi Optics announced that they
are developing a 28mm f/2.8 lens for NEX, which will have a 4 group and 5
lenses design. I believe this is the same company that makes the Loreo 3D
lens for NEX. Price will be around CNY 500 (around 80 USD). UPDATE: Image
