depreciate expense is relatively minimum every year?
2. the company can be buying real estate that has a high land value(not
depreciated) so depreciate may be low every year? OR it can just happen if
the company is purchasing a lot of PPE, since depreciate is fraction of the
PPE purchase, it still makes sense even if PPE is > than DEP? |
