So the accountant setup 6 QuickBooks files for each bank account.
One account was money market account that made 1.20 interest income during
year.
When I opened the file I saw she seriously put 0.10 interest income in each
month...

Does she know that she can just add bank accounts in one QuickBooks file? |

Then you have to do a consolidation to eliminate the inter fund
transactions...

不过年纪大的人对software是差点啦。。
起码她会每个月只放0.1好不好。
