部在本地，太想去了，结果太紧张，communication skill 太烂，发挥的并不好。本想
没戏了。后来当天下午收到一封邮件，是一个早上面我的acturay发的，说a group of
actuaries will be on campus on April 1 to discuss the actuarial profession
and answer questions. I encourage you to stop by and introduce yourself to
the hiring manager。
我的问题是，我的communication skill 不好，怎么样迅速提高阿。当面跟这些
actuaries 怎么有效的交流才能让他们对我有很好的印象阿？

actuary 也是人
当初都和你一样
自然啊 就像和同学说话一样了 刻意追求communication skill 反而效果不好啊 呵呵
所谓communication skill 就是说话让人舒服 能抓住重点 我觉得多看一些介绍
actuary 的书 多记录一些重点 可能有帮助 面试的时候可以有东西说 呵呵
把自己最大的优势长处整理下 在面试的时候记得说出来 最后人家还是要你干事的 呵

一个月前和他电面过，但那是你第一个interview，你有一点紧张，感觉发挥的不是很
好：hello sir, my name is susan, I once had a phone interview with you on
Feb 1st refarding your actuarial internship position. That was my first
interview, I natually felt a little
bit nevous; I probabably didn't perform perfectly.however I have continued
to prepare myself for a position with your company.I would like to take this
opportunity to intruduce myself again.

发帖数: 1808 | 6 把你想说的，都是先写下来，熟读300遍，招人练习10遍.然后让人随便问问题，不要看
稿子回答。 |

很多人觉得说得越快communication就越好
其实上周面试我的一个老美，说得比我还慢得多
虽然这些人不能算是communication出色
但至少不会成为bottleneck
任何事情，想清楚了再有条理地说出来，
快和流利不重要,清晰有条理才是最重要的
native speaker也不一定做到这点
当然，这对communication要求极高的consulting可能不适用
不过对于insurance公司来说，只要语言不拖你后腿就行
我是见过几个及其腼腆说话也不利索的老美干精算的
大大增强了我的自信心，哈哈
