不知道有没有人用DW Simpson感觉比较好的？个人和几个朋友的感觉都是DWS效率不是
一般的低，而且如果有身份的问题，很可能被他们嫌弃。

I've heard stories about DWS recruiter driving 6 hours to buy a lunch for
a junior level client. Doesn't necessarily mean he's a good recruiter, but
my point is the experience from DWS varies depending on which recruiter
you get.

they helped me get a 45% raise. I had 3.5 years of experience but no green
card. They also invited me to lunch afterward. |

special cases, if A and B are on the same level, but B's
salary is 20+% higher than A, then A's annual raise will be
higher than B, or other factors equal.

pay.
So normally what would be the difference between insurance and consulting
pay? 20%?

received big raises since.
As for difference in pay, consulting might pay slightly higher (not sure if
is true) but is also more stressful (true for sure). But ultimately, it
depends on how often people get promoted or change jobs. |

Statistically, or actuarially, it is true that consulting pays higher,
however, I have too sparse sample to say by how much.
