（BANK)在两个月前卖给了CAPITAL ONE，那么下一步是ING FINANCIAL（INSURANCE)，
现在还不知道卖给谁，打算是按ING CANADA那种模式，不卖给别的INSURER，而是单独
分离出去，成立一个新的上市公司（US-BASED），也可能分个卖给不同的公司

ING CANADA used to have only 30% of its stock on the market, and
ING NV sold the remaining to a group of investors. However, this
does not prevent Intact(new name for the used-to-be ING CANADA)
from doing very well. Their share already raised by 30% since
early 2009. They have recently aquired AXA Canada(6th biggest
P&C insurer).

发帖数: 1309 | 13 Intact is indeed used-to-be ING CANADA. ING CANADA has only P&C
business, or I should have said "had" as AXA CANADA has a little
bit life business.
AXA Canada is the 6th largest P&C insurer in Canada.
Intact is the biggest.
ING Direct is doing very well. I am not sure if ING NV wants to sell
it if judging only from profitability aspect.
