是好事。但是貌似确实没有solid的证据。

比如第一个发明袜子的人说别人不能做袜子这种形状的服饰类产品，也不合理啊
三星抄的是很明显，但也不太过分
只不过是苹果第一个认识到大屏无键盘是趋势，其他家跟进了而已

都是薄的圆角长方形，苹果肯定不是第一个做这样的LCD，但也没见谁告苹果
抄了。电视机都是圆角长方形，也没听说谁被告了。
苹果不是第一个做4寸屏幕手机的，是不是ip5也算抄？
我老觉得，iphone外线上特别的就是那个大圆按钮，如果整了可以算抄。

修改。
我老不反对知识产权保护，反对的一是诸如圆角长方形这种本不该成为专利
的专利，二是动辄要关竞争对手小黑屋。苹果大量使用通信方面的专利，根本
绕不过去，交点FRAND的专利费就算完了，反过来不让别人玩，这根本就是
损害消费者的利益。

苹果告三星，只是因为三星做得最好。要说抄，Android的相似度
远比三星添加的touchwiz和外型高多了。
