Duties:
Define system scope through research and fact-finding. Modify complex
information system components. Develop detail program specifications.
Develop documentation on applications
Create test data and unit test changes. Analyze and resolve complex
production problems
Responsible for maintaining various application components. Demonstrate high

Qualifications
Skills:
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail Oriented
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the areas of Computer Science, MIS or
Software Engineering
Minimum of 7-10 years experience in systems analysis, design and programming
preferred
Programming skills in: VB, C#, VB Script, Java Script, XML Schemas, XSLT,
MS SQL
Familiar with server environments and development of Web Services
Good knowledge of Microsoft based development tools - .Net, VB6 and XML
development tool XML SPY
Helpful to have experience in working on Policy Admin Systems preferably
using Duckcreek Technologies
