貌似我发过帖子问是不是我的责任。
我开进一个停车位，另外一个家伙也是打算倒车进停车位，我根本就没有注意到他因为
我看见他的时候他还没有开始倒车，而且还离我两个车身，我以为他打算走了。
然后我已经开进去了而且停车熄火拉手刹了，那家伙倒进来，彭地一声把我的车又往前
撞得冲了一把。那家伙-黑人大叔男，一下车就说OH SORRY MY FAULT
然后我就叫警察了。
有个目击证人，白人女。 白人女说他没看见我开进去，以为那个是空的。 然后她先走
了，六个电话
警察来了问我什么事，我就说我开进车位停车了后面就被撞了，然后警察就去问黑人，
于是黑人男就对警察说是我的错，抢了他的车位，BLABLA...
事实上他也是这么对他的保险公司说的。不过他的保险公司听了黑人男的陈述之后大概
仍然认为是他的错，于是让我去估价（这点很重要！）理论上讲黑人男的陈述应该是对
我最不利的吧？
然后等我估价完了以后，他们拿到警察的报告，说不能COVER，因为警察的报告上居然
写我一笔DRIVING RECKLESSLY OR ERATICALLY。写黑人男BACK IMPROPERLY

他的错。因为有可能是你们两个几乎同时倒车，只不过你更快一些。这种情况下如果没
有证人证明对方全责，没有人证物证，一般都是一半一半。

我直接开进去的。
或许我也有责任，所以我想想也懒得争了。
我开进去的时候我没有任何办法知道他是要倒进那个车位。
但是他倒车的时候能够不看后面就倒车么？
