如果说是对方的责任，并且留了他的信息给我，我接下来给保险公司打电话
然后通常下一步的程序是什么呢？我有些不太理解，难道我要一个号码过来打电话
给保险公司，他们是依靠什么来检查责任归属和如何赔偿的呢。多谢 | i****a

I. file a claim with the other driver's insurance company directly. you
don't pay anything
or
II. file a claim with Your Own insurance company, then you have to pay
deductible first because you are technically filing a claim against your
own insurance. then if it's determined it's not your fault, your ins
company will get all the money back and refund your deductiable.
on fixing the car, you have 2 options:
A. get cash - if you do NOT want to fix the ca

我想请问一下这个地方
then if it's determined it's not your fault, your ins
company will get all the money back and refund your deductiable.
请问这个谁的责任是怎么认定的呢？是不是说只要是决定走保险公司了，就尽量报警
让警察出报告判定责任呢？或者出事故后我应该立刻收集证据证明我的责任多少，打电
话的时候提供给保险公司？多谢。

statements. police report is one the things they look at and in some cases
don't treat it seriously. 許多現實生活中的案件證明, 保險公司可以完全無視警方
報告, 而
得出保險公司自己的事故定案.
police cannot 判定责任. police is not insurance company, not judge, not even
a witness.
