想请教下出
钱的流程（我在MA）：
我跟我的保险公司说直接pay shop，对方公司出钱，那么是不是我就什么都不用管了，
我的保险公司
pay shop然后去找对方保险公司要钱？还是我得和对方公司联系？把车给shop的时候我
给shop留下了
对方公司的联系方式和claim #，我的保险应该知道这些了吧？ |

发帖数: 12461 | 2 如果是全保，就是你付deductible，你的保险公司付剩下的，然后以后对方保险公司给
钱了以后把你的deductible退给你。其他的你不用管。
如果是对方保险，对方承认全责，评估过了也认可修车铺，直接让修车铺给对方保险公
司寄账单就可以了。
第二种方法更直接了。你这个过了一阵子，现在拿到警察报告了，走第二种应该没啥问
题了。你打电话问问对方保险公司吧。

发帖数: 5415 | 3 多谢！刚才我保险公司来电话，我跟他们说了对方保险会付，也说了我让车铺给对方公
司记账单，他们还是说他们pay shop，然后他们去找对方保险要钱。没问题吧？
另外：第一种方法的话“对方保险公司给钱”是给我（或者我的lien holder，我的车
是lease的），给shop，还是给我的保险公司？ |

I. file a claim with the other driver's insurance company directly. you
don't pay anything
or
II. file a claim with Your Own insurance company if you have full
coverage, then you have to pay deductible first because you are
technically filing a claim against your own insurance. then if it's
determined it's not your fault, your ins company will get all the money
back and refund your deductiable.
on fixing the car, you have 2 options:
A. get cash - if you do NOT want to fix the car or want to fix it cheap
and pocket the differece, get 3 free estimates from 3 different body
shops, fax them to the insurance company and ask for as much as possible
or
B. get the car fixed - send your car to good bodyshop, ask them to bill
the insurance directly. Usually insurance company recommended bodyshop
are good; avoid dealer because most dealers do not do body work, they
tow your car to a body shop nearby and charge you $2000 extra.
Call other party's insurance. demand car rental reimbursement, starting
from the day of the accident until the proprety damage claim is closed.
