发帖数: 5754 | 7 better to ask the dealer to itemize the OTD quote, even though the sales
manager may say it is "everything" included.
My personal experience: the sales manager gave a OTD without itemize the
charges. When I went to pick up the car, the financial manager said the OTD
doesn't include the charge for new plates (~300 in NY). It just took more
haggling to close the deal with "everything" included the OTD as quoted.
Lesson learned: always ask the dealer to spell out explicitly all the items |
