标 题: 请问amex的租车保险可不可以这样

因为amex那个premium的租车保险最多只能保43天
而我需要租车的时间有三个月
请问可不可以43天以后在同一个租车公司再开一个新的租车合同
租同一辆车再租43天
这样是否符合amex的条款？

“Length of Coverage
Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance covers eligible Rental Autos when
rented under a written rental agreement from a Rental Company for no more
than 30 consecutive days.
Note: In no event shall coverage be provided when the Cardmember rents a
Rental Auto beyond 30 consecutive days from the same Rental Company,
regardless of whether the original agreement is extended, or a new written
agreement is entered into, or a new vehicle is rented.
Additionally, no coverage will be provided when the Primary Renter rents a
Rental Auto for more than 30 consecutive days out of a 45 day period within
the same geographic market/location (75 mile radius).”
prem的应该也有相应小字吧。

premium好像没有普通的那么严,只说the first 42 consecutive days.
照这样只要我换个新合同，或者保险点在同一家店换辆车应该就可以了？
"Length of Coverage
As long as the Cardmember remains in Possession of the Rental Car, the
Plan covers an eligible Rental Car for the first [42] consecutive days.
When Coverage Ends
Coverage ends automatically at the earliest of the following:
1. the date the Policy is cancelled;
2. the date the enrolled Card account is cancelled;
3. the date the Cardmember’s Permanent Residence is no longer within
the 50 United States of America, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or
the U.S. Virgin Islands;
4. the date the Cardmember’s Permanent Residence is in a state where
the Plan is not available.
Cancellation or termination of coverage will not prejudice any claim
commencing while coverage is in force."
