发帖数: 16778 | 1 today I went to the repair center to pick up my car which was replaced with
a new mirror.
I paid $300 part fee and $200 labor fee for a genuine part.
When I saw the repaired car, I said, "nice job."
But when I left, I found the mirror replaced movable.
I reported this problem to the repair center. They let me go home first
and order a new part for me.
When I arrive home one hour later, I got a call from them and was notified
that
part was arrived. So I went to the center again.
About 20 minutes later, a new mirror was installed.
Comparing this two mirrors, I found the first one was a used one and there
was
even some scratches on it, and that the second one was a new one.
What if I didn't find the flaw at first place?
Why did I pay $300 and get a mirror with movable part and some scratches on

很好，就没注意grille了。
两个星期之后检查机油，发现grille似乎很旧。去找dealer，说是应该忘记换了，然后
退了我钱。
