we had a big storm yesterday. my car slided into a tree. i have $1000
deductible. i want to get an estimate to see if the repair will cost more
than 1k. if it is under 1k, i do not want to bother my insurance company.
can i wait till next monday to get an estimate before i call my insurance
company?
do i have to report the incident to the insurance company within, say, 24
hours, 48 hours, or something like that?
