酸痛。警察到场，记录双方保险信息并给我打印的报告。现场询问对方，其承认闯红灯
并说抱歉，又确认了保险信息在有效期内。回家给保险公司报告，查出对方保险已取消
，而我的保险刚换成半保。这种情况怎么办？恳请有经验的朋友指点。多谢！ |

身不舒服。对方看似也是穷人，看着他撞上我，一瞬间还看了一下绿灯，奇怪怎么有车
过来，竟然傻了没有做避让动作。
请问怎么告，小额法庭吗？

话，没有受伤；一会儿一女人过来，搂着哭；我下车打911，警察救护车几分钟就过来
了；他的车是Chev Trailblazer，前保险杆脱落，漏了很多液体，也被拖走了。我的车
是Mini Van，左前轮撞歪了，挡风玻璃破裂。

card shows it has not expired yet. This was found out later by my insurance
company through communication with his insurance company. So, both the
police officer and I were cheated by him at the scene.

Sounds like you were not seriously hurt, so probably can't sue for pain and
suffering. If no one take your case, you just have to sue him in small
claim court.

发帖数: 85 | 12 Thanks a lot for all your replies. Right, fortunately both my wife and I
were not seriously injured except some pains here and there. The tow company
/repair shop said it doesn't worth to repair it, though I need go to take a
look at the car. Thanks for your suggestion, I will seek a lawyer for help
as my insurance company said they cannot do much in this case (though they
said bodily injury is still covered if we need to see doctor.)
