发帖数: 291 | 2 murine MSC?你如果只要分化的话，检测不检测表型问题不大，如果你的细胞来自骨髓
基本一定可以分化。你检测的什么marker？
你所谓的treat是treat后诱导分化？难道typical的检测不是形态学的？

发帖数: 1527 | 3 yes, murine MSC. It is said that they are from bone marrow.
I looked at the osteoblast marker such as osteocacin, cardiomyocytes marker
such as bMHC.
"TREAT" means I added differentiation medium onto the MSCs.
I can't see the phenotype under the microscope so I have to do the realtime
PCR...

I have looked at them. Yes, my MSCs have them, though the expression is not
as high as ESCs, which is a normal thing.

bone marrow MSC不是Pure population。那些differentiation medium都是比较成熟的
配方了，我觉得要是按照Published protocol无法显示分化，那该查一下cell source.
也许你们要来的细胞不对呢。

发帖数: 1007 | 8 mouse MSC的研究相比ESC差很多，没有被一致认同的marker.而且好像相比human和rat
的MSC就不太好养。Songtao Shi他们组做的那个MSC marker只对human有作用。
我觉得应该先集中在osteoblast differentiation上，这个能重复出来再尝试别的方向。
细胞来源很重要的，给你细胞的人最了解那些细胞的特性。

貌似有些公司鉴定也只是human MSCs...
确实，你说得有道理。现在问题是，我重复不出来osteoblast分化，而且其它那些分化

做实验的好处就是在电脑面前呆的时间多，空闲多，正好折腾拍照片

你的细胞不分化，多半这个细胞本身已经失去stem cell的性质了
