1,修饰后的组蛋白直接招募转录因子,或者驱赶转录因子,启动或者中止转录。
2,修饰后的组蛋白和nucleosome/chromatin remodeling蛋白复合体结合,导致染色体
结构开放
或关闭。从而利于或者抑制转录。
请问1和2哪个正确?可否给点支持文献。
