如果要进行liver metabolic flux analysis,现在比较通用的技术是?这些技术是否
够sensitive能够反应诸如pyruvate,cAMP,glucose等等这些比较重要metabolites的变
化。

The best seahorse can do so far (in addition to cell culture) is on
isolated islets, or brain slices, synaptosome, or isolated mitochondria

For in vivo, I think it will be very tough to measure. Using primary
cultured cells could be a comprimised way.

plus all the consumables.
But it is worth every penny if you know what to look for using the system.
