想问,为什么每个well都是一个圈一样的,是细胞都贴到壁上去了吗, 有的是一个圈中间
一点, 是为什么.
最下面一行是vehicle, 为什么最后一个well信号还变高了?

worth it.

发帖数: 901 | 5 贴壁慢慢加。或者用Multidrop 或者 wellmate之类的机器加，不贵的。
边上的信号觉得不是cell,可能是荧光折射的原因。可以在空盘中直接加些不同浓度的
荧光染料溶液看看。 quantify用中间的信号就行了。
