or related discipline with
at least 3 years of practical lab experience in an academic, pharmaceutical
or biotechnology
setting.
· The successful candidate should have excellent molecular biology skills,
working knowledge of
bacterial physiology, bioinformatics skills, some biochemistry background
desirable. Experience
with natural isolates screening for enzyme activity will be a plus.
· Ability to excel in a collaborative environment.
· Excellent communication skills and the desire to work within a
multidisciplinary team are also
required.
· The successful candidate must be motivated, creative, have strong problem
solving and critical
thinking skills, and be capable of working independently or in a
collaborative setting.

如果不透露一点的话很难吸引人去报名的。
