这种情况下如何取mean?
单纯考虑每个probe的话,这4个probe的结果是互相冲突的

data on "ProbeSet" not probes. It's a big difference.
2) If this particular gene is not important to you, forget it;

3) Are data on each probe statistically significant?
If so:
4) verify the probe sequences. Look them up in the genome to make sure they
correctly match to your gene and the same transcript. Watch for different
exons for spliced variants. Watch for common SNPs in case mismatch occurs.
