not. But the policy varies from university to university.
Staff benefit (401k/403b/insurance/tuition aid) can be much better than
postdocs, although that's not always the case. |

发帖数: 513 | 6 Research scientist在非学校的地方是正式工作，薪水和福利都是有规定的，招聘也复
杂很多。在这些地方，Research Scientist 薪水会比postdoc高不少。
Postdoc是一种临时训练（虽然有人做了很久），几乎老板说了就可以招人的，薪水也
根据老板来定。
如果在学校里，就复杂很多了，学校里的title太混乱，很多都是自己写的，没什么太
大依据。
关于工资，你应该委婉的问一下大概范围。
