Henrietta’s Table Sunday Brunch has been awarded "Best Brunch in Boston" by
the Improper Bostonian every year since 2001.
Sunday Brunch is an all-you-can-eat buffet is served from 12:00 Noon until 3
A sampling of the menu is below:
• Grilled Vegetable and Salad station, with weekly Salad specials.
• A raw bar including Wellfleet Oysters and Jumbo Shrimp.
• Bagels, Salmon, and other Smoked Fishes.
• Selection of Cheeses, Pates, and Terrines.
• Carved Meat of the Day.
• Three hot entrees (fish, meat, or poultry) with side dishes,
including a Vegetarian Pasta.
• Bacon, Sausage, Ham.
• Made-to-Order Omelette Station.
• Waffles.
• A variety up to 10 unique desserts.
• Unlimited fresh Orange Juice, Coffee, and Tea. | x******n 发帖数: 93 | 2 It's not worth it. Nothing really stands out. What I remember the most
clearly is that the oysters were a disappointment, large and tasteless.
There were a lot of desserts though. For $45/person, you can get much
better food in a non-buffet setting. If you really want to do brunch
buffets, go to Flora in Arlington or the Blue Room in Kendall, which are
much smaller but cheaper and at least as tasty. Your better option is to
save your $ and try a different city, such as Vegas (Bellagio/Wynn), New
York (Plaza if they reopened), Orlando (La Coquina). The bottom-line is
that I would much rather pay $15 for Flora or $75 for the Plaza than $45 for
Henrietta's Table. It is just a really unsatisfying price point. It is
too expensive to be a regular meal but not enough to be a splurge, and the
quality of the food reflects it.

Oyster was my focal point, but guess it's not that good.

Get 2 dozen of those, and the meal is mostly paid for. Maybe we went on a
bad day. Even if the oysters tasted good though, the set-up also makes it
hard to pig out. They have 2 people shucking the oysters on request. The
plates are relatively small, and the oysters were all big. So you can fit
like 4 on each plate. I imagine that you would feel uncomfortable after the
third trip, even with constant tipping. If you really like oysters, I
would recommend going to a farm like Hog Island or Tomales Bay by San
Francisco, where you can get 50 oysters for 50 bucks, all fresh from the bay
. There has to be something similar on the cape, but I haven't found it yet
.
