OCEAN is one of the pioneering non-profit organizations serving specifically
Chinese-American by promoting entrepreneurship and leadership in their
endeavor of building successful business or boosting the career development.
OCEAN's education center has served as working hoorse over the last 12
years and over 300 entrepreneurs, scientists and engineers have benefited
from our Business Administration Management program. This is our MBA-12
class and you will have a chance to know more about the program by attending
our graduation ceremony.
Keynote speech:
Dr. Chiang J. Li "Title to be determined"
Bio: Dr. Chiang J. Li is founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and
Chief Medical Officer of Boston Biomedical, which is only five years old and
recently purchased by Dainippon Sumitomo Paharm in a deal with 200 million
upfront payment and potentially 500 million payment down the road.

The company was founded five years ago to provide an opportunity to a group
of chemists about to be laid off. In only years, what magic wand he has used
to grow a small start-up to a company that is potentially worth 700
million dollars, if you want to hear the legendary story from DR. Li, please
