房间地点是319 Beacon St, Somerville MA。这是一个2-bedroom apt中的一间。 硬木
地板，共用living room, eat-in kitchen, pantry, bathroom. 附带一个免费停车位
。 可以使用旁边的房子里的投币washer/dryer. Roomate是一个professional male in
his early 30's.
出行和生活设施方便都很方便。
-出行：步行五分钟到红线的porter square, 步行10分钟到Harvard Law building. 坐
地铁，一站到Harvard Sq, 三站到MIT Kendall Sq
-餐馆：走路一分钟就到Beacon St上的风味亭餐馆， Pho 'n Rice (Thai and Vietnam
food), liquor store. 在porter square的lesley university building内还有多家
日本面馆。
-日常购物：步行两分钟到Star Market。并且它的停车场内有Zipcar取车点。步行15分

房间8月1号或者提前到7月25号入住. 新的lease可以选择签到明年的五月/六月/七月/
