Pull it out, at least 3D won't be a disaster for sure :-)
The point is to defend club contract, your heart honors lose
their significance. I don't favor 3NT with this hand, coz probably
you don't have time to set up your tricks.
PASS, your hand is not qualified to say anything at this level. That's all.
With spade void I will bid 5D.

I'd bid 3D. I have 8 tricks when playing 3D and only 2 tricks or even less
in 3Cx....and my hand is so slow....
pass. hope pd can double. then I'd pull to 5D. but now 5D is too risky
and 5C isn't clear.
4D. there shouldn't be any problems I guess.
I might overcall 2D over 1D. now it's tough. I would pass I guess
and stay fixed. Once a long while, pd might not have S or H fit
but a long long long C suit and 4C may easily go down 2 when vul. hehe

hands accounted for more than 20 VPs of loss, or loss of opportunities.

I think pulling out is clearcut too. After which pd may bid 3N with 98xx Axx
Ax QJxx. 3C was going 1 down but a terrible defensive slip let it through.
