For this hand, partner's pass is actually forcing, cause you have
forced him to 3H. The major problem for the bad result is
actually your 2S, you need a perfect dummy to make 4H, so it's best to
pass 2H. The double is penalty oriented cause otherwise you can
bid 3H.
