after the 2h, i guess i will bid 2s to complete the transfer and see what
happens next.

发帖数: 1295 | 3 1NT叫得挺好，现在2S接受转移就是了，同伴说不定一会儿再叫2NT/3NT，看起来都不差。
唯一可能的坏结果就是打2S，同伴六张的可能性不大。
也可以考虑假装没明白2H是转称，直接叫2NT，同伴高限会叫进局，低限就PASS了，大
概也不会丢什么。

差。
I chose to bid 2nt (afraid of playing 5-1 2s). But p quickly bidded 3s (not
happy with my not understanding 2h?). Then it continued: I 3nt, partner 4s.
4s-2 was our score (P had Qxxxxxx x QJ xxx).

发帖数: 2804 | 5 I think every bid was wrong (sorry for being frank).
1NT is off-shape, but that by itself doesn't create disaster yet. By bidding
1NT, you express the general value of the hand, but you also take the risk
of playing in 5-1 fit (which is the reason I wouldn't bid 1NT). Now you have
to accept that the bid didn't work out as well as you hoped, and honor the
transfer. When you bid 2NT, it should logically be interpreted as "super
accept", at which point partner has every right to jump to 4S with his
actual hand.
Now, having bid 1NT (strike 1) then 2NT (strike 2), the worst thing you can
do is to "salvage" by bidding 3NT (strike 3). Very often this is the time
when opponents start doubling, so you could easily turn a small minus to a
huge one.
It is very hard to decide which initial action is worst: 1NT, X, or 2NT?
Because I think they are equally bad. A simple overcall of 2D is much much
better than any of those. There is no rule to say you cannot overcall at 2-
level with 17 HCP. |

几个信息值得注意，敌方未加倍1NT，同伴应该有些许点力，但第一家未开叫弱二，五
张S的可能性更大，不太会再叫3S。不过此处同伴第一家7321没说话，实在是无法想象
的事。

发帖数: 2804 | 7 叫1NT的时候，几乎可以预期同伴会转移黑桃，所以这个叫品不太可取。其实同伴有六
张以上黑桃可能性还是有的，比方0-5点。。。我觉得1NT叫了也就叫了，碰到同伴转移
黑桃，你就当作是把一张梅花看成黑桃了。2S之后呢，如果同伴有余力再叫，仍不会丢
局。如果同伴扔了，打5-1配合，也就自认倒霉算了，毕竟还只是在二阶，就不要把前
面的错误再扩大了。 |

发帖数: 679 | 8 Thanks for everyone's response. I was not comfortable with the whole
sequence. That's why I came here for advice :) When I bidded 1nt, I almost
knew p was going to bid 2h... My later bids especially 3nt certainly added
to the wrongs. Opp might not double 3s, but would very likely double 4s. I
guess overcall of 2d is best, then follow up with 2nt if p responds 2s. |

不过现在很多人的风格，这个牌叫1N也正常
如果叫了1N，我觉得还是正常完成transfer，
