级别了, 再想发展, 那就是CFO了或president了.

为啥赚这么多？门槛高，任务重，责任大。具体情况要看公司是public or not,公司规
模有多大。 这么说吧, 如果CEO的左膀右臂有三个，其中一个必是来自finance/
accounting department.

I know someone with 1.5yrs working experience jumped to MS' controller
position, working with traders. 150k based and 100% bonus this year.I found
that kinda high for ppl with 1.5yrs working exp.

appreciates.I don't know how many so called 'controllers' there are in MS;-)
. You may find tons of VPs in investment banks though. hehe.
