complete.
1. Full Profit & Loss accounting means to treat a target department
and/or a project within one compnay as an independent "accounting entity"
although there might be not insider transactions associated.
2. All insider transactions might be assessed by fair market values
and the periodical financical statemetns (income statement, B/S,
and cash flow statements) should be prepared appropriately.
