if going back to china, i would say yale...
even in the USA, may consider yale, better location, better overall
reputation, MBA almost top 10, UMichigan will only go downward, given the
location, weather, local economy etc.

even in china, yale is a good name to layman
but the ross alumni network is super powerful

注定了他的结局，连Cornell都不能阻止这个势头，更不要说Ross了。当然Yale也不咋
地，如果有什么Booth, CBS之类的选择也没必要选Yale，但是要在Yale和Ross之间选，
傻瓜才选Ross

compared to such schools like CBS, Booth, Wharton, go into banking,
finance, etc. As a result, the average starting salary of Yale SOM
students is lower than peer schools.

列一下我们所谓的 "top tier" school list (worldwide);
Berkeley
Chicago
Columbia
Harvard
IMD
INSEAD
Kellogg
LBS
Michigan
MIT
Stanford
Wharton
现在开始也招所谓的 "second tier" school (并不意味这些学校就比所谓的 "top tier" 差，只不过我们认为那些学校的毕业生可能更适合):
Dartmouth
Duke
IEBS
NYU
Darden
Yale哪个list都不是。
并不是说Yale比Michigan差，只是说光看排名没有用。世界上的排名表多得很。公司招
人不会蠢到只看一家USNews。
要说排名，华尔街日报还排Michigan，Tuck第一第二超过哈佛。你怎么不提了呢？
排名不能不信，也不能全信。但是千万不要只捡自己愿意相信的才信。

McKinsey considers Ross a core recruiting school. Even in the downturn, we
still have a dedicated recruiting team for Ross. Yale SOM has never been a
core school.
