but it's more ee oriented, like DAC.
also ISPLOS is good, but maybe not as good
as ISCA;
from my pointview, it even can not parallel MICRO
But basically they are all good conferences.
If you have 1 ISCA/ISSCC/DAC + 2or3 MICRO/HPCA/ASPLOS/DATE/ISLPED(if you
are doing low power stuff)

( Compared to those parallel and distributed computing confs like IPDPS, ICPP
and PDCS, PACT is way better! )
BTW, ASPLOS is at least as good as ISCA.
ISCA's got too much politics in it. ASPLOS is less 'political' than ISCA. This
fact makes ASPLOS better.
