assigned to your address. If your assigned school is not Davis Drive, the
distance does not counts.
Anyone in wake county can apply transfer to any school for any reason, the
approval is based on their policy .
You need to check their policy for transfer, and connect your reason for
transfer with their policy.

you want to transfer, you case is very weak for approval

davis drive has openings and weather stone is over-occupied for your grade. |

responsible for the transportation.
