至于引入了smart dialer影响如何，我只找到这么一段：

并且是direct route，将来有smart dialer了，就是含ad的direct route，promo 6同

I see no offer included to switch back to a Surfing plan if you elect to
switch to this plan. That offer is included specifically with Relaxed 3.0,
but does not extend to "every" plan. Only you can decide which option works
better for your needs and circumstances.
