RESEARCH PROJECT LEADER
*SALARY: UP TO $160K

•7+ years' of R&D and Project Management experience in colloid/
materials science/chemicals/composites
•Leads product and process development projects
•Responsible for the success of all technical tasks contributing to an
innovation
•Define project goals and deliverables
•Organize resources, set priorities and timeframe
•Identify risks and obstacles
•Provide technical and project leadership to the team
•Direct and coordinate the effective and on time implementation of
multiple projects through the motivation
•Lead across organizational boundaries
•Develop and monitor project budget and schedules and forecast
completion
•Protect company technology through adherence to all intellectual
property standards
•Contribute to building a strong intellectual property portfolio
•Coach and mentor project team members
•Organizational skills to keep project team focused, track progress
and make adjustments
•Ensure clear understanding of project goals
•Use formal project management tools and methodologies
•Manage project plans, milestones, tasks, etc.
•Ability to communicate effectively
•Communicate project needs, challenges, decisions and proposed
solutions
•Take ownership for project success
•Drives project forward to results
•Ability to build and maintain relationships and interact effectively
with all levels within the organization
