ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with packaging/shipping department to ensure the quality
products being delivered to our customer in a timely manner.
• Perform sample analysis routinely by NMR, HPLC, and LC/MS.
Perform other sample analyses internally and externally as needed.
• Provide analytical support daily to our synthetic chemistry and
production activities.
• Review analytical data from internal chemists and outsourcing
suppliers, and communicate with them to solve quality problems.
• Conduct customer complain investigations, and OOS investigations,
writing investigation reports.
• Assist QC manager to establish Quality Management System for the
company which include but not limited to quality policy, process flow charts
and standard operation procedures.
• Adhere to company’s Quality Control and Quality Assurance
guidelines and procedures.
• Adheres to company safety guidelines and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
• Proven knowledge, skills and hands-on experiences in analytical
chemistry and instrumentations.
• Proven knowledge of and skills in structure analysis of organic
compounds by analytical spectra, including NMR, HPLC, GC, MS etc.
• Ability to organize and to carry out multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written.
• Ability to work well within a team setting and independently.
• Ability to work with people remotely
• Ability to work under certain stressed timeline
• Service mind oriented and ability to manage challenges from
customers both internally and externally
• Willing to learn and to grow a career in analytical chemistry and
QC profession
• Bachelor or Master degree in Organic Chemistry or Analytical
Chemistry is required.
