本人因换工作需要搬到另外一个城市，而现在的apartment lease要到明年4月底才结束
，所以需要找人转租。转租的人将和这里的management office http://www.oakparkapartments.com/ 签lease，lease可以是半年（到我的lease结束）或是一年，月租和我现在的相同。Apartment的基本信息如下：
1. 地址：630 S. Austin Blvd, Apt 2M, Oak Park, IL 60304
在Blue Line Austin Station的边上，步行2分钟，靠近主路，晚上步行也很安全。25
分钟到downtwon，15分钟到Illinois Medical Strict/UIC Medical Center。
2. one bedroom, living room, dinning room, kitchen, one bath room. 木质地板
。本人2009/04搬入前，bath room和kitchen刚remodel过。本人一年半中，非常注意保
持整洁，很少使用厨房。请参照照片。

发帖数: 26 | 5 The neighborhood is very safe as far as I know. I've lived in this are for
almost two and half years. The apartment is about 650 sq. feet. It has one
bedroom, one living room, one dinning room, one kitchen, one bath. It also
has two closets, BUT NO WALK-IN CLOSETS.
Yes, I need to move to another city in the middle of Oct for a new job. I cannot
break the lease simply because of that. Therefore, I have obligation to
find a tenant for the company to continue my lease till next April or for a
one-y
