I am planning to apply for IL CPA. I earned my baccalaureate degree in a non
-accounting major in China and my graduate degree with a concentration in
accounting in the US. Can my undergraduate courses in China be counted
toward the 150 semesters hours, or as "acceptable credits" required by the
IL Board of Examiners?

The ILBOE declined to answer my question unless I have submitted all the
application documents.I don't wanna waste my another Chinese transcript.
