Thanks for the email. Below is the email that I sent to you on October 19th
regarding this incident.
I’m writing to follow up with you regarding the incident that occurred
during your September XXth reservation with Zipcar Ford Focus Hatchback
Fairway. We have recently received the estimate for repairs to Fairway for a
total of $3,259.36. As you have purchased a complete damage fee waiver you
will have no financial responsibility for this incident and can consider
this matter resolved.
Thank you for your patience while we have concluded our review of this
incident and your Zipcar account status. Due to the severity of damages to
Fairway, as well as to the other involved vehicle, Zipcar cannot continue to
offer you membership at this time. Your Zipcar account will be closed at
the end of your current billing period and any outstanding charges on your
Zipcar account will settle to your credit card at that time. If Zipcar
becomes aware of any additional costs incurred as a result of past
reservations these charges will be applied to your account as appropriate.
Please understand that, while I am unable to reverse the decision to close
your account, I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Thank you
again for your cooperation with this process, XXX, and have a good day.

发帖数: 623 | 4 哥去拿车，两车并排停得近，天晚，有点看不清楚，不时回头看后面，往外倒的时候拿
的车保险杠和停在一侧的一车的保险杠刮在一起，各掉下了一端。都是它家的车。

zipcar这个，他好像说你不不是第一次出事，还有别的事，是不？要不不能关你

发帖数: 2806 | 8 那就发信complain呗，说你们不是玩我呢吗，搞一次事故就不租车给我了。有这种说法
吗，让他给说法。不给说法也行，把会费退给我。退了后你再找个别的公司，好像还有
个公司车也挺多的，和zipcar差不多。
另外zipcar仔细算起来，真不便宜，你去哪里还得算时间，万一遇到塞车，就哭了。还
得手机上网延时。

租车公司的车划了。哈哈！后来也不知道谁陪的。 |
