I am subleasing my spacious 2bed/ 2 bathroom apatment in the center of UTC.
The apartment close to UCSD，Qualcomm cross street from UTC shopping mall!
It is 2-3 minute walking distance to all the bus stop.
The apartment is located 14 floor and it is 1469 Sqft. There are 2 huge
bedroom with own bathroom and few walking closet。it is very private and
good for roommate situation. The kitchen is new and living room is spacious
and bright. There is washer and dryer in the unit. Also you will have 2
underground parking space.
The apartment have fitness gym , standtard swimming pool and tennis court
that you will enjoy so much!
I am looking for responsible person take over my lease (My lease end end of
october). The leasing office rent this unit for $2400/month now. I ask for $
1850 /month plus one month deposit.
