发帖数: 843 | 4 照了十几张片子，闭合性骨折，我的情况介于做与不做手术之间。做的话就是在骨折处
用小钢板固定，两头再打上螺丝，能比较快就下地；我的骨科医生一家子都滑轮滑，他
说要是订了螺丝，以后很可能再滑的时候鞋帮会比较磨，就给我20mg安定镇静了30分钟
，他们在透视条件下手法复位，两头断茬接上即可，再打上cast就完了。前一阵子每周
去照几张片子，位置都挺好，20天时已经有骨膜爬过去了。10天后我就能下地走路了，
不过可能得穿一阵子stabilizing boot。
这30天在家就是混日子，睡到自然醒，看看世界杯，还把以前想看又没时间看的电影电
视的都捋了一遍。有时候从窗口看别人在大马路上沥了歪斜地滑轮滑，心中就一把无名
火起。我老婆拒绝滑轮滑（觉得比滑冰摔得疼），儿子也就放羊了。

Sounds like you're lucky enough to find a good doctor. Did you get any
damages for pain/suffering, medical expenses, lost wages, etc? Sounds like
the other guy has an umbrella insurance, which should be able to pay out a
decent amount.

recovery. There are always next year's events to go. Sounds like you got a
nice pay out, now you have funds to hire some good coaches for your son!

龙刀，viking的山寨版，鞋帮特软），比这次的位置靠上几厘米。记得那次也是40天下
地的，不过右腿又过了好几个月才长得跟左腿一样粗。
这次受伤也赚不了钱，跟以前持平而已。我们这儿小镇连个俱乐部都没有，仅有的几次
group skating还都是我召集的。
你小人家天天在家里窝着，干什么啊？我以前老想着能有这么一次大长假，真放了假了
吧，无聊透顶啊！

发帖数: 843 | 11 靠，你还能上班啊？我不能，天天在家就是bedroom - family room，在沙发上躺着也
得把脚抬高，否则肿胀充血；然后等我老娘或者我老婆作好饭叫我去吃顿饭，跟猪没什
么区别。胳膊倒是粗了很多，天天拄拐杖练出来的。
我上大学那会，宿舍里有个哥们儿踢球，顶球的时候跳太高，被人踢在脖子上，第6、7
颈椎后棘突骨折，戴了两个多月的脖子套，我们给他取个外号叫“僵尸”，我估计你现
在就这嘴脸。
那本书我两年前就买了，就是有点老，好象是99年版的，里面图片还都是Bont Sharkie
5x80的，仅有2页介绍double push，在那会儿算新技术。最近10年好象没什么新书出
来。我倒是还有一套一个前任加拿大短道速滑教练老太太的教学光盘，针对俱乐部教练
的，去年买的，你这么一提醒倒是可以看看。

I think with your dedication your son has serious potential of making the US
Olympic short track team. And you're lucky that you live in the heartland
of US long track speed skating -- Eric Heiden, Bonnie Blair, Dan Jensen,
Casey Fitzrandolph, Chris Witty, etc.
Another book I highly recommend is Dianne Holum's Complete Handbook of Speedskating. It is for long track but most of the training method carries over to short track and inline.

发帖数: 843 | 15 明天我就拆cast了，至少能自己走路了，但有可能需要穿几天那种大靴子。
你提到的那个橡皮绳子我有，跟那套光盘一起买的，但还没给儿子用过。去年买的
slide board，儿子的号，才5ft宽，跟橡皮绳子一起都扔在车库呐，你这么一提倒是真
该用了。我去年买这些装备的时候，主要是想给儿子练cross over，但他那时候什么也
听不懂，给他讲什么都是油盐不进，冲着我傻乐。去年因为滑冰他手指头断了，我老婆
又把我一顿臭骂，我也都不敢再提了。今年应该能听进去了。
要说我给他创造的物质条件够可以的了，光磨刀架子就6个，Maple / Bont /
Pennington / Zandstra 所有的厂家都全了，Bones和BSB的swiss及陶瓷的轴承也无数
套了，他要再不给我出点儿成绩，我死不瞑目啊:)
