belly. To answer LZ's question, if you have to ask this question, most
likely no.

cardiovascular system which is the most benefit you get when you get old. |

running at 12min pace is also effortless for most people except for those
really are obese. I tried to lose weigh with vain for almost a year with
average weekly mileage above from 40 to 60, but I was successful when I
was only riding 3 times a week with only about 100 mpw.

b******n 发帖数: 1269 | 16 we are talking about beginners here. A beginner can ride at an extremely
leisurely pace with probably 20 watts output. A beginner runner, typically
will need a bit more effort to just be running at all.
The brutal truth about the distinction is, a running person will need to
move the body up and down, which requires effort. But a cyclist doesn't.

I used to be quite muscular since my teenage from the practice of gymnastic,

contribute to running or cycling.

O****e 发帖数: 3290 | 22 You are talking about the six packs on the belly (useless for cycling but

Armstrong dominated cycling after surviving cancer is that he lost a lot of
useless muscles (weight) he possessed when he was a triathlete but retained
the power.

On the other hand, core strength actually has nothing to do with visual

core strength is very power given his running form in marathon
but
of
retained
