Stage 1 - Monaco to Manaco - 15.5 km
Fabian Cancellara won that stage by 19' 32" (or 47.61 km/h)
(Lance Armstrong finished 10th by 20' 12", or 40" slower.) | j***y

i thought it's finished, but that's just intermediate:
16:29 - Armstrong Fastest By 22"
