check the butt of your harddriver, looking for jumpers

Try them all lol u need a jumper.
Short pin 1+2, if that doesnt work try 5+6, then 7+8, till the BIOS recognis

With the system off of course, everytime u change it
The P4P800 wasnt SATA 2, it was SATA 1 as well

your help and speedy, ive sed it before and ill say it again..... Ur a legen

Edit - It was jumpers 5 & 6 BTW.
