case has processed to June 2008, http://icert.doleta.gov/
I don't know how to post PDF file.

You are not alone. My case was audited for 2 years and denied. My lawyer
filed request for reconsideration and finally it got approved after another
6 months.
Good luck to the appeal, you will be fine...

of denial. If the case is denied for technical reasons (for example
insufficient supporting documents, inadvertent typos, etc.), you could
request for reconsideration with supplementary paper work or letters
explaining the situation. If it is about different interpretation of the law
, you should file appeal, and it will take way longer than request for
reconsideration.
Just my 2 cents, you better consult with your lawy

reason of denial is incorrect wage posted in AJE ads. my employer posted
current wage but not previlage wage in the ads.
lawyer think there is no way to change the decision due to this mistake.
i probably have to restart from the very beginning. |
