position will be relocated to another state (within same company). Will this impact any of the
stages? PERM? 140? or 485 in the future?
My co-worker told me that there are two kinds of PERM: filed with state or
filed with federal...if it's federal it's fine, if it's state, it's not...

sensitive, check DOL's website for details.

redo.
like job is in NYC, and you need relocation to NJ somewhere.

time your greencard is issued. you will be fine. | j******0
发帖数: 558 | 6 The PERM is location related, so if the 2 locations are far away, for
example, San Jose and San Diego (both in CA), you need to do PERM again even
in the same company. However, if the company will move you back to the
original location when PD will be current soon, then everything is OK.
