Sorry for not typing in chinese. Since she doesn't have an account, I am
posting this for her.
My friends is a EB2 with PD 4/14/2006. She filed service request on 9/8/
2010 for her I485 application.
However today she received a response from USCIS based on my service request
" at this time, there is no visa available. When there is a visa available,
your application will be processed."

From July 2006 to April 2008, my J1 waiver case faced a lot of trouble in 22
months. I felt so sad that time. Finally My case was approved by USCIS
Vermont center. Last week I received my cards.

weeks?
Hope she can get her GC at early of Oct.
