I'd like to get suggestions from the forum.
Here is my case:
Priority date: Jun/2007
I485 receipt date: oct/2011
Eb2
Tsc
I just called USCIS for service request and was told that I have submitted a
service request back in May,
There are two pieces of info:
1) 6 months processing time needed to get a decision from the last SR date
2) there are additional reviews Sown in the response of last SR
So my questions are what could be the additional reviews, like name check?
How long it would actually take?
Is there anyway to expedite this process?
