w**********e 发帖数: 1 | 1 I have two I-485s. My first I-485 was filed concurrently with my EB-2 (NIW)
in 2007. My second I-485 was
filed concurrently with my wife’s EB-2 in 2007. On January 18, 2011, my EB-
1a was approved. The
Immigration Officer mistakenly approved my second I-485 ( relinked to my
newly approved EB-1a), but
denied my first I-485 which was filed concurrently with my EB-2 (NIW) in
2007. So I got my green card with
the receipt number from my second I-485 (which my wife filed for me based on
her EB-2 in 2007). Since my
second I-485 is not supposed to be visa available (although my wife’s EB-2
was approved in 2009), does my
current green card have the risk to be revoked in the future?
What should I do? Please help. | s****n 发帖数: 4902 | |
